A simple, traditional French loaf with a crisp crust.

Baltic Loaf
A simple, clean, soft white bloomer bread with a crisp crust.

The dough rises once, is separated into dough balls and left to rise again before being baked. This is what gives it a very light and open texture.

Boule Blanche – White
A loaf full of character, made from French wheat & slowly fermented sourdough with a bursting cross-cut across the top & subtle tangy flavour.

Demi Baguette Rustic
Made from classic French flour, water, yeast and salt, the dough is then soured and pulled at the ends to create that rustic touch.

Farmer Bread
Rye sourdough starter in a plump round loaf for a smooth rich flavour.

Gourmet Dinner Roll Selection
Crusty rolls – tangy cheese, roasted onion, sweet tomato and rich black olive.

Green Olive & Herb Pave
A square pavé-style bread with a light open texture, packed with olives and flavoured with herbs.

Hungarian Loaf – Rye & Caraway
The Hungarian loaf is made with a light rye flour and has a good caraway flavour. It is light in texture and has a delicate crust.

Multi Seed Bread
A delicious multi seed bread made with a hint of rye-sour, soya, linseed, sesame, sunflower seeds & oats.

Pain Six Grains
This popular six grain loaf is made with natural flours and a blend of 6 different grains: oats, wheat, corn, barley, millet and rye. Flax and sesame seeds are added for extra texture.

Rye Bread
This artisanal rye bread is made with 23% rye and also contains malt and wholemeal flour. It has a fantastic dark, yet rich crust and a very soft texture with a subtle taste.

Seeded Wholemeal loaf
A ‘Great Taste Award’ winner on many occasions, this bread has wholemeal, rye and malt flour and comes with a generous blend of seeds throughout the loaf.

Sundried Tomato Bread
Sweet flavoured sun dried tomatoes in a mild rye flavoured loaf.

Twisted Rustic Loaf
A light sourdough loaf twisted twice to create a smooth textured bread with a light but flavoursome crust.

Food and Wine Evening

On Friday the 19th of January, from 6.30pm to 9pm, we hope you will be able to join us for a food and wine tasting. We serve 7 wines, including reds, whites and rose, sparkling or liqueur. There will be snacks to complement the wines and a wonderful, fun and sociable atmosphere to enjoy. Our evenings get booked up very quickly , so please don’t delay in reserving your places if you would like to join us. :-) Tickets are available for £12.50 per person on a first come, first served basis. Please ring or call in to book your tickets We really hope you can join us. :-)
